Since 2014, Chiller Van Services has moved temperature-sensitive cargo for restaurants, pharmacies, florists, caterers, and distributors across all seven emirates. Same depot in Ras Al Khor, same drivers, same standards.
Chiller Van Services started in 2014 with a single chiller van out of Ras Al Khor and one promise: when a Dubai restaurant calls at 6am because a freezer has failed, someone picks up.
Twelve years on, we still answer the phone the same way. We’ve grown into a full fleet of chiller vans, freezer vans, chiller trucks, refrigerated trucks and freezer trucks serving caterers, pharmacies, florists, ice cream brands, supermarkets and event companies across the UAE.
What hasn’t changed is the operating principle: every van pre-cooled before dispatch, every driver Dubai Municipality certified, every quote fixed and transparent. Driver, fuel and Salik tolls are baked into the rate. The price you see is the price you pay.
In a category full of cut corners, these are the standards we hold to every booking, every emirate, every season.
Vehicles arrive at set-point. Cargo loads into a stable cold environment, not a fridge that’s been off for hours.
Comprehensive in-transit insurance covers your goods from pickup to drop. Documentation on request.
No hidden charges at handover. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are fixed. The published price is what you pay.
Documentation available on request for any tender, audit or compliance check.
Certified for refrigerated cargo
Fleet registration current
Cold chain handling standards
All drivers OHC-certified
